Do you wear your brother or sister’s hand-me downs, or do you spend hours at the mall looking for the perfect outfit? You can tell a lot about a person by what kind of shopper they are. So take this test to see what kind of shopper you are!

1. If the most popular person in your school started wearing a certain brand of shoes, and everyone started copying her, what would you do? *

I could care less.

I’d think about buying a pair.

I’d try to find a similar pair at a discount store.

I’d go out and buy the shoes, no matter what the cost.

2. Do you like to look at fashion magazines? *

Never.

Sometimes.

Often.

I have a several subscriptions.

3. Where do you by your clothes? *

My parents buy me clothes or I wear hand-me downs.

I go to the local mall.

I go to discount or thrift stores or find sales online.

I buy clothes everywhere from high-end stores, to catalogs to online websites.

4. How would you describe your style? *

Casual.

Status quo.

Unique.

In-style.

5. Do you wear everything that you buy? *

I wear pretty much the same thing every day.

I wear most of my clothes.

I try to wear everything that I buy until it goes out of style or is worn out.

I buy so much that I can’t wear everything. A lot of my clothes still have price tags on them.

6. Do you like to buy brand name goods? *

No, I’m not brand conscious.

Sometimes.

It doesn’t have to be a brand item, just something that I like.

Yes, I really like designer clothing.

7. Do you have a lot of clothes? *

Not, not a lot.

I have enough.

I have a fair amount, but I wish I had more.

I have a lot, but I keep on buying more.

8. How often do you buy clothes? *

Never.

Not that often.

Often.

Whenever I get the chance.

9. If there was something that you wanted to buy, but you didn’t have enough money to get it, what would you do? *

I’d tell my parents that I wanted it and hope that they would get it for me.

I’d ask to receive it as a holiday or birthday gift or see if I could do some extra chores around the house to get it.

I would try to find the best price online or go to a discount shop and ask if my parents would lend me some money.

I would buy it anyway on credit.

10. What’s the main reason why you shop? *

My parents will take me to store to try on clothes only if I need something.

I shop when I’m with my friends.

It’s fun!

It’s my passion and my addiction!
