Welcome to the BodiMojo Privacy Policy! The words “we” or “us” mean BodiMojo, Inc., the company that owns this Application, and includes its affiliates, agents, licensors and licensees. The words, “you”, and “Users” means anyone who installs or uses this Application located at www.bodimojo.com (the “Application”).
This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding personal information and privacy, including personally identifiable information, and other information. The information we gather on our Application falls into two categories: (1) information you provide to us voluntarily and when you register, “User Provided Information“, and (2) tracking information collected as you use our Application, “Automatically Collected User Information” (together, “User Information“)
1. User Provided Information
We collect User Provided Information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, for example, when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is required to download the Application. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, User name, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into the Application, such as contact information and health information.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, and required notices.
You Must be 13 or Older to Use the Application. By voluntarily providing us with User Information, you are consenting to the use of your User Information by us and by the Application, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Automatically Collected User Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. Generally, such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. The Application may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, how our Users use and interact with the Application, User demographics, interests, and behaviors. This research may be compiled and analyzed in an aggregated form.
3. Tracking Information (Device Identifiers)
To help us serve your needs better, we may use device identifiers to store and sometimes to track User information. A device identifier is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your device. A device identifier contains a unique number that allows our Application to identify your device. For example, device identifiers allow us to keep track of your user name and password (if you are a Registered User) so you don’t have to re-enter that information each time you visit one of our Site.
4. Tracking Information (IP Address)
We may also collect information about your access time and your device, including the type of browser software you use, the operating system that you’re running, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. Your IP address is a number that is used by devices connected to the Internet to identify your device so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. Your IP address does not tell us who you are. Like the IP address, none of the other information described in this paragraph identifies you personally. We collect this information for purposes of aggregated reporting on site activity that we, and our advertisers if any, may use. For example, we may want to know how long the average User spends on our site, which pages or features get the most attention, and the like. The aggregated information helps to understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our Application.
5. Location Information
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
6. Social Media and Third-Party Use of User Information
The Application includes social media. So, you may share screen names, posts, photos, health information, and other information within the “tribe stream” in this Application. If you choose to share certain of your information in the tribe stream, others may see that information.
Also, you may elect to access and use other third-party social media services through the Application, such as Twitter or Instagram (“Social Media Services”). If you do so, you may be sharing your information (which may include personal information, such as your name and email address) with those Social Media Services. The information that you share with the Social Media Services will be governed by the privacy policies and terms of service of the providers of such Social Media Services and not by the policies and procedures we describe here.
In addition, aggregated data is transmitted from our Users through the Application to external services to help us improve the Application and our services. We will share your User Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose User Provided Information and Automatically Collected User Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
- if BodiMojo, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
