If I had to pick some fun workout music, here’s what I’d go for:

“Somebody Told Me” by the Killers.
“Troublemaker” by Weezer.
“American Idiot” by Green Day.
If you don’t like those, there’s plenty more out there to get you moving. Do a Google search for “workout music” and you’ll get nearly 7.9 million links!
The web has thousands of sample workout playlists, some of them downloadable (some examples here.) There are scores of YouTube videos with people’s favorite workout songs. Or you can check out celebs’ workout playlists — everyone from singer/actress Mandy Moore to tennis star Serena Williams).
Studies show that working out to music makes people exercise longer and harder and distracts them from being tired. And these days, taking your music with you anywhere you want to work out is super-easy with MP3 players.
